Over the years, the network has grown around several destinations while keeping a local, human approach. The aim has never been to standardise formats, but to adapt each project to the specific features of the place and to participants' expectations.

Un séminaire riche en partage et en authenticité malgré les aléas de dernières minutes, qui ont pu être gérés avec professionnalisme. La météo était également de la partie avec un soleil au top.
Week-end team building 100% avec TAKAMAKA au top tant sur les activités (Course d'orientation - Construction de radeaux - Dîner sous yourte - Rafting - Quad autour de Vézelay) que pour le logement. Un seul bémol, la course d'orientation un peu "enfantin" mais bien pour que le groupe fasse cohésion.
